**Radar's index covers every show in Apple's Top 200 across 135 verticals and grows by 20,000 episodes a day.**

Particle introduced [Radar](https://radar.particle.pro/?ref=metatalks.ai), a search engine over podcast transcripts. There is a web interface, but Particle built the product around an API and an MCP endpoint for AI agents. Each transcript labels who is speaking and tags the people, companies and products a show names.

Mention tracking runs on those tags. Radar fires an alert the moment one of them comes up, and the filter can be drawn as tightly as a particular guest discussing a particular topic; the alerts also arrive as a daily or weekly digest. It cuts out self-contained clips with timestamps, so a passage can be read and heard at once.

Advertising has a search engine of its own. It finds every episode where a given company ran an ad and tracks how that changed over time. Sponsorship data, audience-size estimates and brand-suitability scoring come with it.

Sara Beykpour, Particle's co-founder and chief executive, told [TechCrunch](https://techcrunch.com/2026/08/26/radar-makes-podcasts-searchable-and-usable-by-ai-agents/?ref=metatalks.ai) that hedge funds plug into the API in greater volume than anyone else. The other top-paying customers to date are AI search services and data resellers, and Radar's partners include Exa, which supplies search APIs built for AI agents.

Radar began inside Particle's own app, as a feature that pulled noteworthy podcast clips into the feed beside the news stories they related to. The team saw the value in it but found the feature boxed into the news reader. The rise of AI agents changed the calculation, and they built the indexing out as a standalone product. Seats run $29 a month, with API pricing quoted case by case.

Further out, Radar intends to move past podcasts into other audio formats, YouTube videos and news clips among them.
